This class involves a fun, athlete-centric environment focusing on engagement and high-level coaching for each athlete to hone in on the mechanics of proper movement. The coach will provide intimate instruction and guidance during the entire class. Each class will move through a 12-week progressive curriculum based on developing skills and basic mechanics in Mobility, Power, Strength, and Speed. Our individually designed programs include exercise variations tailored to the athlete’s skill level, and they will be encouraged to work on their own, outside of training, to continue progression.
In addition, there are options to incorporate individualized conditioning work once an athlete has completed their strength training session based on their current training load. Every program we design is built to help our athletes perform their best when it matters most.
