High School age strength and movement training. 


Special Instructions

This class is for 14-18-year-old athletes only, unless permission has been granted by the director of the program. Please see other classes for younger age groups. Please arrive 10 minutes early to work through the warm-up and so that we are able to maximize the hour. 

No cleats are allowed in training. Running shoes or flat-soled shoes only. This is a 1.5-hour class. 

Be advised that all athletes must be paid in full prior to attending and any fees associated while attending will be automatically charged from the card on file. 

Lastly, parents and family members are to stay in the lobby during the training sessions. The only exception is during an assessment or the athlete's first session.
