<div>KangooDANCE is...so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! This class incorporates some of the new and old school dance moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio workout.</div>

<div>Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate workout attire. Kangoo Jumps are rented in the studio or can be purchased (ask your instructor for details)<br />
