Kangoo Jumps rebound boots provide a unique twist on
traditional aerobics classes you've seen 100 times.
KangooCARDIOpump...incorporates small hand weights to
stimulate your muscles for toning mixed in with jabs, hooks, kicks
and punches in a fun and energetic way that will leave you waiting
in anticipation for your next KangooCARDIOpump workout.
You will never go back to traditional aerobics once you've
experienced the Kangoo Jumps! This class puts the FUN in
functional. Tone up, slim down, and play hard!
KangooDANCE is...so much fun you’ll forget you are working
out! This class incorporates some of the new and old school dance
moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio workout.
*All levels welcome
Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate
workout attire. Kangoo Jumps are rented in the studio or can be
purchased (ask your instructor for details)
For the most comfortable experience, it is highly recommended to wear long socks (knee high) when using our Kangoo Jumps rebound boots.
