This 3-month series centers around the practice of letting go. Does a need to “control” yourself, others and outcomes burden you? This class will provide you with tools and practices to have a deeper awareness of the natural peace available when we surrender. The ability to let go can begin by noticing where we are gripped and tense in the body and breath. The structure of this class starts with a 20-minute mudra practice and affirmations that support letting go, followed by a 30-minute Yin (passive seated yoga postures) and 10-minute savasana.
