Yoga and Meditation
Start your Sunday mornings by opening your body and centering your mind in the all levels Yoga and Mediation class at 10AM. We'll start with a 75 minute long Purna Yoga class focusing on opening and preparing the body for meditation. Then we will practice meditation, using the Purna Yoga Heartfull Meditation snacks. This is a great way to experience the benefits of combining yoga and meditation.
