New to Pole? This class is
for total beginners!
Students will have fun learning basic spins & tricks,
transitions, climbs and light pole choreography as well as how to
create momentum, proper hand placement & muscle
engagement.
Students will also learn how to link moves in order to create beautiful pole flow sequences and will also be introduced to pole conditioning which will help build up strength, flexibility & endurance needed in order to progress to the next level!
