Designed for Beginners but All Levels Welcome!
This class is designed to help students gain more confidence & strength in their climbs. Instructors will go through various climbing styles, techniques and grips and students will be shown how to “perform” or “dance” their climbs with grace & control as well as various ways to dismount (come off) the pole.
