It’s time to build your power, polish your technique, and climb with confidence. This class focuses on developing strength, control, and fluidity through a variety of climbing styles, grips, and transitions.
You’ll learn how to “perform” your climbs with grace and intention — combining technical precision with movement artistry. Instructors will also guide you through safe and stylish ways to dismount, helping you feel strong and in control from start to finish.
Expect a full-body workout that strengthens your grip, engages your core, and elevates your pole practice.
