You don't have to be a Spartan to take this class. In this class, you will perform a variety of exercises each designed to strengthen a different group of muscles for the Spartan Obstacles Course Race. It will challenge your entire body’s strength, endurance, balance, core, agility, speed, plyometrics, and overall athletic ability.

All levels of fitness welcome.

Targets: All muscle groups specifically essential for grip strength, core strength, balance, cardiovascular, leg and back strength, shoulder and total overall movement coordination.
