About the Instructor:
Jess blends classical Pilates with contemporary flows that focus on alignment, breath, and functional strength. Her classes are intentionally designed to support all levels, offering modifications and challenges that meet students where they are. She believes Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a tool to build confidence, body awareness, and long-term strength.
Jess is also the founder of In Good Health, a wellness brand rooted in the belief that taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is the foundation for living well. Through her teaching and her brand, she aims to create a welcoming space for people to feel strong, seen, and empowered in their bodies.
This class meets in person on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
