Chair yoga is for anyone who wants to improve their health,
well-being, create or sustain strength, or relieve stress. Chairs,
weights and other props will be used to improve flexibility,
strength, balance, and clarity of mind. People of any age,
strength, ability or experience level are welcome. Those who are
pre-or post-pregnancy, who have arthritis, joint replacements,
Parkinson’s, MS or other neurological, musculoskeletal, or
cardiorespiratory conditions are encouraged to attend.
