A bridge between our restorative and Tribe 1 classes, this
class focuses on longer holds and slower flows to help students
build flexibility, strength, and balance. The use of both held and
flowing fundamental yoga poses makes this class perfect for
students of all levels. Slowing down gives us all the opportunity
to build a solid foundation and to go deeper and really feel the
truth of what our body needs.
