Kick back and enjoy a realistic Ryde on the only bikes in the
valley that turn and lean to provide a very unique challenge to
your core and upper body!
Instruction will cover a wide range of techniques from intervals,
sprints, climbs, and more! Ryde style and intensity will vary for
this full hour Ryde!
*All levels welcomed as participants are encouraged to go at their
own pace
Bring extra water, a towel, and dress comfortably in
appropriate workout attire, and wear tennis shoes (or SPD®
compatible cycling shoes).
