Yin/Deep Stretch provides a deeper stretch primarily
concentrating on ligaments and connective tissues. Encourages slow
and safe stretching for excellent stress release while providing
the body greater strength and stamina. Excellent choice for runners
to help open hips, pelvis and the lower spine; and also beneficial
to those playing competitive sports.
