Yin/Deep Stretch provides a deeper stretch primarily concentrating on ligaments and connective tissues. Encourages slow and safe stretching for excellent stress release while providing the body greater strength and stamina. Excellent choice for runners to help open hips, pelvis and the lower spine; and also beneficial to those playing competitive sports.
You are encouraged to honor your own body and only stretch for as deep and long as your body is safe to do so. We at Believe want you to follow your own intuition as to what is best for your body so you enjoy all the benefits with putting your safety first.
