Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Like Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa is Hatha Yoga based. Poses are held for a specific number of breaths before moving on to the next pose. Room is heated though not as hot as a BIkram class. Postures create a yoga dance and breath is coordinated with the movements.Our Vinyasa is meant for beginners and is challenging.
