This class creates a balance between quick movement and steady pose holds while offering unique sequences designed by our amazing teachers. Every breath, every pose all done with intention. Expect to sweat and connect with your breath while being taekn deeper within. This fun, engaging class set sometimes to upbeat music and sometimes to silence emphasizes moving in and out of postures safely, correct alignment within the pose, the power of breath, and the flow of subtle body energy to quiet the chatter of the mind.
You'll move with your breath and the beats, you'll sweat and you'll go deep in an inspiring practice that nourishes the soul and invigorates the body building flexibility, strength and ultimately, inner stillness. Hands-on encouragement and assisting will help give you a deeper experience.
