This class focuses on standing partner acrobatics, such as dance lifts, counterbalances and group warmup, a little conditioning, then dives into a guided sequence of tricks. This is an all-level class, so the difficulty of the tricks will be based on your personal skill level, meaning you may be working on different variations of the same trick.

Special Instructions

Please bring water, towel (optional), and wear clothing that you can easily move around in, avoiding fabrics that are too slick to stand on.
