Slow Burn is a slower paced power vinyasa-based
class. We explore holding postures longer and moving
more mindfully to develop strength, alignment awareness,
endurance, and cultivate flexibility. We'll incorporate power
poses, both standing and in the flow, held for several breath
cycles allowing you to challenge your body and mind.
Although we're flowing slower and mindfully, please come
prepared to sweat, work, breathe and finally to restore.
Heated class.
