This is a steady-paced class focused on linking breath to movement. Classes may include strong core work, arm balances, inversions, and other challenging postures for a unique, strong, flowing practice.

This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to 100-105 degrees. Come to class well hydrated!
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: Those ready to build even more strength and challenge their body-mind with a strong practice
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Those newer to yoga, or anyone with an acute, active injury; Because of the high heat in this class, it is not suitable for pregnant women.
• MUST BRING: Mat, towel and water
