You’ll explore beautiful aerial shapes, transitions, and combinations both below and inside the Lyra, learning how to connect them into seamless, expressive sequences.
With guided instruction and plenty of practice time, you’ll build confidence, control, and fluidity while creating stunning moments in the air.
