and aromatherapy, followed by a combination of restorative
Pilates mat work and myofascial release.
Next,
Julie Peoples-Clark will move you from the soles of your feet to
the top of your head, in a beautifully crafted second half of class
that explores dance, yoga, and Indian Goddess Mythology and
ritual.
