Hatha, alignment based yoga class designed to strengthen and
balance the body, mind, and spirit. Students refine their practice
of Salamba Sarvangasana and variations. Students also prepare and
learn Sirsasana (headstand) at the wall. Beginning backbends and
abdominal poses are taught regularly. Students learn Savasana, to
rest in a profound way, completely releasing the body while drawing
the mind towards the peace within.
