The foundational work of Pilates will be the focus for this class.  Set to music; this class focuses on the smaller muscles that sculpt and tone the body.  It's the perfect compliment to runners, cyclists, swimmers, etc.  Expect 45-50 minutes of continuous movement.  Move at your own pace, sit a set out if necessary.  Decide to show up for youself and watch your endurance increase and your body change!

A max of 6 per session means individual attention.  We focus on form to be sure you don't injure youself and of course get the best results!
