Ever heard a teacher say “take a vinyasa?” That plank-chaturanga-up dog-down dog flow, commonly called a “vinyasa,” is one of the most common sequences in yoga classes, but also one of the least understood and potentially harmful! Keeping in mind we yogis do hundreds of repititions of this sequence, we want to feel empowered that we are flowing safely in a way that is healthful and not hazardous to our bodies.
In this workshop we dive in to the “vinyasa” to make sure we are practicing safely for our unique body so that we are empowered to practice for years to come!
