This class, appropriate for all levels of Pilates experience,
enables students to experience the full range of Pilates exercises
to strengthen the core, improve posture, and heighten an awareness
of the body. We incorporate classical Pilates principles of
efficiency and control in movement with mindfulness of breath. All
exercises can be adjusted for each person's needs and levels of
fitness. At times, clients will learn to use props for toning such
as the Pilates ring, blocks, stretch bands, and Pilates balls to
vary and change the intensity of the work.
