End of year 3 part stretching series with a twist.
Clients can have a glass of wine or
non-alcoholic beverage of choice. Each class will start off with a
basic mat Pilates as a
warm-up. Workshops are hour 1hr 15 minutes. Classes can be taken
individual or as
series (recommended).
Client will be encourage to continue stretching in between
workshops
1. Full body stretching October 2
2. All about the bending ( back bend, bridging, and more) October

3. Lower body release ( split, hip flexor release, and etc.)

*socks
**Props are recommended but not required: 2 yoga blocks, small
pilates ball,
theraband, large stability ball or yoga straps
Workshop is $20 each
