Addressing the energetic body in yoga. We explore the various
chakras, koshas, nadis, basic kriyas and mudras. Helping
yoga teachers understand the inner dynamics of the panic body
during yoga practice. This is also the final module of
the training and will have time allotted for
questions, recap, doubts, and a graduation ceremony.
