Experience your favorite poses more three-dimensionally, using
the wall to support and challenge our understanding of some of our
favorite (and more challenging) poses. We will intermittently
employ tennis balls to shine our attention to areas of ourselves we
often overlook and melt away the tension that tends to hide out in
our bodies.
That increased awareness and openness will shed light on the refined movements that are the key to both basic poses and poses that challenge our balance. We will explore these re-discovered regions with subtle movements to reach thrilling new places in our practice and to learn a bit more about ourselves - as practitioners - and as people off the mat.
