So many of us are pushing our bodies at this time of year to get in shape and we forget that our muscles, joints, tissues, and ligaments become compromised. As we shorten them the propensity for injury is dramatically increased. This is where we see knee, back, shoulder and joint issues arise.
Please join us to care for your entire body through a gentle practice of Kali Natha Yoga before our group meditation to prepare the body to sit.
