Join Nicolle Barrett for a 5 week yoga series specifically
designed for moving through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum
experience with comfort and confidence. During this workshop you
will learn how to safely move through your yoga practice during
pregnancy. Never stepped on a mat before? No worries! This series
is designed so anyone, regardless of their practice level, can join
in. In addition to learning physical postures that provide ease
during pregnancy, you will also learn many beneficial and soothing
positions for labor as well. Nicolle will also devote an entire
class to Doula Tips and Tricks. In order to sign up for the series,
we will need a note from your OB/midwife.
Class size limited to 12 so you are sure to get personalized
attention. Registration inclusive for full series; drop-ins not
permitted.
Discovering yoga in her early twenties, Nicolle Barrett, RYT
and birth doula, is passionate about utilizing the ancient wisdoms
of yoga and meditation as a platform to create meaningful change in
our modern world. She has completed advanced trainings in Prenatal
Yoga and teaches weekly classes in Philadelphia. Her greatest
pleasure in life is serving as a guide to women and witness in
seeing her clients blossom, returning to the heart of their innate
wisdom.
