This class explores the integration between movement, mind and body. Listening to your own connection to your inner teacher. Authentic Movement is more free-form to fit your unique needs in every moment. Yoga postures are explored, but you are guided into a pose where you can then explore the depths of it through our body and subtle bodies. Class includes asana, pranayama, relaxation. Open time for meditation at the end from 2:15-2:30PM.
No previous yoga experience needed. Instructor is a Spanda Yoga Movement Therapist.
