We prepare the body with a core focused vinyasa practice and then float our way into arm balances and arm balance transitions that you see in our regularly scheduled vinyasa classes. The best part of this workshops is that we’ll have more time to discuss and practice the poses, break down the transistions and explore different ways to get into and out of arm balancing postures.
