Learning to fly with Megan and Candace

 

Join us for a fun and adventurous intro to arm balancing workshop on 8/3 -AND- an all level arm balancing transition workshop on 8/17.

In both workshops we’ll prepare the body with a core focused vinyasa practice and then float our way into the common arm balances and arm balance transitions that you see in our regularly scheduled vinyasas classes. The best part of these workshops is that we’ll have more time to discuss and practice the poses, to break things down a bit more and explore different ways to get into and out of the arm balancing postures. Come with an adventurous spirit and a willingness to play!
