Full body workout on the tower and reformer that focuses on challenging contemporary/classical pilates movements. 20 minute Tower/ 20 minute reformer workout. Fast paced class that enables you to have fluid, precise movement for an active workout.  Leaves you feeling energized and motivated in a short amount of time.
