This class is 40 minute all apparatuses (Wunda, Tower, Reformer) class to fit your busy schedule. Focuses on lengthening, extending and sculpting stressed muscles during the course of our daily routines. This class is great after a long work day or during a mid-lunch break to take a breather and rebalance the body in its proper alignment.

Shorts - with biker shorts

No need for shoes

Toe socks recommended
