This Restorative Yoga class is
held in our Yoga Studio. Restorative Yoga is suitable for all
levels of experience. It is a form of Yoga with passive restorative
poses and postures to open the body, quiet the mind and move you
into a deep sense of relaxation. A meditative time to cultivate
awareness of body, breath and mind, this class is recommended for
those experiencing stress, and anyone seeking gentle class to
unwind, relax and renew. In Restorative Yoga props such as bolsters
and blankets are used to fully support the body, allowing it to
open slowly and naturally with no effort. Concentration is on the
breath, allowing for a deep introspective class which restores
energy to the body and calms the mind.
