YOUphoriafy at Yogaterrium in this unique
all levels workshop, we will spend time diving deep into the five
elements of nature (earth, water, air, fire, and space) and
incorporating them into our yoga practice.
The five elements are the basis of both yoga therapy and Ayurveda
(traditional Indian medicine). This workshop will consist of
sessions alternating between group discussion and physical sessions
aimed to evoke each element individually and then a flow to ignite
them all at once. The elements can be transformational to explore
physically, mentally, and emotionally both in our asana as well as
off the mat. Together, we will explore ways of using these elements
to create balance and harmony in our lives.
