This class focuses on developing a personal practice Sadhana, at the
sweet pace of compassion and kindness using Kriya: breath control
techniques, asanas/postures and powerful mantras. The sequences will
help students improve physical vitality and attune to the higher power
that resides within. All movements will affect the physical, mental and
spiritual body simultaneously, re-wiring and recalibrating the nervous
system.

All levels are welcome. No prior experience required.

Deep meditation class on new moon and full moon days.
