What is NOT required
- Sitting cross-legged on the floor. Meditation can be done from a chair, standing, lying down, or a variety of other positions
- A clear mind. Distractions happen, and you learn how to let them go
- Patience, or large blocks of time. Meditations can be done in only a few minutes
What you will experience
- At least 3 group meditations during class, both guided and silent
- A unique class led by two instructors in a wonderful group setting
