This 2-hour drills clinic on Standing Bow Pose will change the way you conceptualize and approach the posture, knowing that “strength is inherent in balance”, and cultivating more awareness of the equals and opposites of the posture, knowing what to contract and what to relax. According to level of practice of the attendees, this clinic, time permitting, can naturally segway into Full Bow Pose, Dancer, and Full Standing Bow Pose, as key concepts address the similarities in technique and intention of all of these poses.
