Finding a community of new moms after having a baby is tough! Joining a weekly postnatal yoga class not only helps relieve common postpartum ailments, but gives you the opporutnity to meet your new tribe of mamas! These classes specifically focus on rebuilding your core, opening your chest, and finding a sense of peace during this major transition in your life. Your new little yogis are always welcome to join you. We do ask that babies are not moving yet to join in the class.
