Whether you’re new to sling (aerial hammock) or are confident in your foundational moves, this mixed-level class will help you flow with flair on the fabric. New students be introduced to core moves and poses that build your strength, flexibility and confidence in the air. Those with experience will build into bigger inversions, wraps and combinations to find confidence and creativity.
