Yoga Teacher Training Assessments
Week!
Familiar yoga postures are
creatively and dynamically sequenced together to build a solid
physical challenge. A class to strengthen and balance, stretch and
tone the body, increase flexibility, and build a sense of
calm.
Come and support our trainee
treachers this week as they complete their foundational training
course and teach their assessment classes. Each class will be
different, based on the teacher's own unique style, but you can
expect uplifting and eclectic music, a class full of endurance,
strength and stamina, leaving you with a deep sense of peace and
ability to face the world!
Taight in a warm room and open to all levels.
