Our Yin Yoga class targets the connective tissues, such as the
ligaments, bones, and even the joints.
The poses are all seated and held for extended periods to
gently coax the body to open.
This guided practice is also infused with meditation and
essential oils.

Level:This practice is appropriate for all levels, including beginners, but can be deceptively challenging. Students are encouraged to request modifications or adjustments to maintain full benefit.
