In this 4-week series we will explore the tradition
of Kundalini yoga. Each segment will include exercises known as
Kriyas, Meditation and planetary Gongs followed by Tea and
meaningful conversation. During this 4 weeks we will receive
breathing,sound and personal practice techniques for your physical,
emotional and spiritual well-being.
Valerie Weir has been practicing Kundalini Yoga
since 1973 and trained directly with Yogi Bhajan. Valerie has a
love for sharing her practice and bringing a wholistic experience
into the yoga space.
