WHAT IS BARRE? Barre is a non-impact, total body exercise
class that will help you sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your
muscles safely and effectively all while working your core.
WHO CAN TAKE BARRE? No prior dance, yoga or barre experience is necessary; this open-level class will be moderately challenging for those new to Pilates, barre or core work. This group class is designed for Ladies Only please.
IS IT SAFE? There is a strong emphasis on form and joint safety. In addition, there are many modifications available depending on the physical issues of our students.
