Fight Back Fit
This specialty class is a six part
series combining fitness, self-defense and personal discovery
to teach you to take control of your life.
Building from one week to the next,
these classes will help build a toolkit of strategies for how to
prevent and avoid problems. This program will assist you in
understanding human behavior, including why and how violence
happens. Each class will include non contact boxing to not only
give you a full-body workout, but also the basic skills needed in
footwork and combinations, followed by hands on self defense.
GREAT FOR: This self defense class
is designed for women 17+
NOT FOR: Clients with an acute, active
injury, pregnant clients
MUST BRING: You will need boxing gloves or
inserts, a mat, a towel and water. Athletic shoes are
optional.
About Heidi: Black belt in
Taekwondo and student in Krav Maga. Head instructor and program
consultant with various rape and self defense programs through the
