Start your Sunday with a 75 minute Power class that adds a healthy portion of yin at the end.
We will challenge your yoga practice with a powerful flow of yoga and after you “power through” we will relax and rejuvenate your warm muscles with plenty of yin postures. This class will leave you feeling fine for Sunday and prepared for your week.
Beginners are welcome to this class. As always go at your own pace.
