In this 4-week series you will be introduced to ways to help yourself slow-down, relax and to open up your body's energetic systems to help you feel better and to strengthen your body's ability to heal itself. In each class we will spend time focusing on gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, self-massage, and guided meditation (no experience necessary). This class series is perfect for those seeking to slow down, relax, and to become more reslient to emotional and physical stress. This class is appropriate for those recovering from illness and can be done seated.
