Workshop Series
Each day we do a multitude of tasks that put stress and strain on the muscles of our back: whether we are sitting at a computer, driving a car, even talking on the phone. However, it is not the task itself, but rather the way in which we perform it, using poor posture and faulty movement patterns.
You learn some simple moves, Kelly Edwards will teach you how to do these moves step-by-step and you will be surprised at how much tension goes away, recovering some ease of movement and mobility.
