<p><span style="font-family: 'itc officina sans book', arial, serif; font-size: 10pt;">This class will calm the mind and cool the body with the deep meditative practice of Yin Yoga. The Practice of Yin emphasizes stretches that are slow, deep, & long with minimal to no props. Longer held postures allows the connective tissues lengthen gently, allowing for greater movement in our joints and muscles, helping to generate greater flexibility in our bodies, as well as settle the mind before ending with a blissful savasana. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'itc officina sans book', arial, serif; font-size: 10pt;">This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You must bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available for use however you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing bottled water to stay hydrated.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Level 1/2: Beginner level with amplifications for those gaining experience in their practice. Focus is often on the basic shape of postures, and explores the basics of vinyasa or yin yoga. Props are often used. Experience not required.</span></p>
