A combination of breathing techniques, supported poses, gentle movements and long passive holds are utilized to work deeply, relieving long held tension. The body surrenders to allow the muscles to release and the mind to calm. Perfect for all ages, levels, prenatal, and to complement an active lifestyle. A blissful way to unwind! Movements are floor based and include deep, long held stretches. Postures are supported with props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) and held for a longer period of time, offering added health and mobility to the joints and surrounding tissues. The perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular “yang” yoga classes! Designed to leave yogis in a state of balance, peace and calm; yet completely refreshed.
