This class is designed to give you the high intensity our regular all level classes provide combined with a few pilates style moves! We still stay true to lagree but this class is geered to sculpt, lengthen, and stretch a bit more. It will have a combo of moves molded together in 35 mins you will feel refreshed and ready to take on anything thrown your way! Great way to incorporate the lagree method with a little extra stretching in your workout routine!!
